Sudip Misra is a Professor and INAE Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation National Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, in Ottawa, Canada. His current research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks and Internet of Things. Professor Misra has published over 460 scholarly research papers and 12 books. He has won nine research paper awards in different conferences and four best paper awards in IEEE journals. He was awarded the IEEE ComSoc Asia Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award at IEEE GLOBECOM 2012, California, USA. He was also the recipient of several academic awards and fellowships such as the Faculty Excellence Award (IIT Kharagpur), Young Scientist Award (National Academy of Sciences, India), Young Systems Scientist Award (Systems Society of India), Young Engineers Award (Institution of Engineers, India), (Canadian) Governor General’s Academic Gold Medal at Carleton University, the University Outstanding Graduate Student Award in the Doctoral level at Carleton University and the National Academy of Sciences, India – Swarna Jayanti Puraskar (Golden Jubilee Award), Samsung Innovation Awards-2014 at IIT Kharagpur, IETE-Biman Behari Sen Memorial Award-2014, and the Careers360 Outstanding Faculty Award<\i> in Computer Science for the year 2018 from the Honourable Minister for Human Resource Development (MHRD) of India. Thrice consecutively he was the recipient of the IEEE Systems Journal Best Paper Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020. He was awarded the Canadian Government’s prestigious NSERC Post-Doctoral Fellowship and the Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship in Germany. Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat (Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of SCS and Fellow of AAIA) is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date about One Thousand and Two Hundred (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and about 70 Book Chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals. He is the founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. Moreover, he is founder or co-founder of 5 International Conferences. Among his previous positions are Advisor to the President of Philadelphia University for Research, Development and Information Technology, President and Chair of Board of Directors of the Society for Molding and Simulation International, SCS, Senior Vice President of SCS, Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University, Chair and tenured Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science and Director of the MS Graduate Program in Data Analytics at Fordham university, Chair and tenured Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Graduate Program at Monmouth University, Founding Dean and Professor, College of Computing and Informatics at The University of Sharjah, UAE. He is also The PR of China Ministry of Education Distinguished Overseas Professor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China and an Honorary Distinguished Professor at the Amity University- A Global University. He is now a distinguished Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology-Dhanbad and King Abdullah II School of Information Technology, University of Jordan.

Dr. Joel J. P. C. Rodrigues [S’01, M’06, SM’06, F’20] is a professor at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI), Brazil; and senior researcher at the Instituto de Telecomunicações, Portugal. He received the Academic Title of Aggregated Professor in informatics engineering from UBI, the Habilitation in computer science and engineering from the University of Haute Alsace, France, a PhD degree in informatics engineering and an MSc degree from the UBI, and a five-year BSc degree (licentiate) in informatics engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal. His main research interests include IoT and sensor networks, e-health technologies vehicular communications, and mobile and ubiquitous computing. Prof. Rodrigues is the leader of the Next Generation Networks and Applications research group (CNPq), IEEE Distinguished Lecturer [2018-2021], Director for Conference Development - IEEE ComSoc Board of Governors [2018-2019], Technical Activities Committee Chair of the IEEE ComSoc Latin America Region Board [2018-2019], the President of the scientific council at ParkUrbis – Covilhã Science and Technology Park, a Past-Chair of the IEEE ComSoc Technical Committee on eHealth, a Past-chair of the IEEE ComSoc Technical Committee on Communications Software, Steering Committee member of the IEEE Life Sciences Technical Community and Publications co-Chair, and Member Representative of the IEEE Communications Society on the IEEE Biometrics Council. He is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal on E-Health and Medical Communications and editorial board member of several high-reputed journals (IEEE Network, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society, etc.). He has been general chair and TPC Chair of many international conferences, including IEEE ICC, IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE HEALTHCOM, and IEEE LATINCOM. He has authored or coauthored over 850 papers in refereed international journals and conferences, 3 books, 2 patents, and 1 ITU-T Recommendation. He had been awarded several Outstanding Leadership and Outstanding Service Awards by IEEE Communications Society and several best papers awards. Prof. Rodrigues is a licensed professional engineer (as senior member), member of the Internet Society, a senior member of ACM, and an IEEE Fellow.

Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore is presently working as Professor, Department of CS & IT, IIS (deemed to be) University, Jaipur (India). He has Teaching Experience of 18 Years. He is Past Chairman, CSI Jaipur Chapter, got Two Patents published, PhD Supervised (Awarded: 16, Under Supervision: 07), 77 Research Papers published (Includes Springer, Elsevier, IEEE, etc indexed with Scoupus, Google, Thompson etc.). He has written 10 Books on some subjects of CSE, IT and Management and an active Reviewer in some National and International Journals. Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore is handling international affairs of The IIS University, Jaipur. His basic research areas are internet security, cloud computing, Big Data, and IoT. He has organized and participated some national & international conferences of repute. His foreign visits for various academic activities (Delegate/Invited/Keynote Speaker/Session Chair/Guest) include USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal etc. He has recently participated as a member of Indian Higher Education Delegation to UK (July, 2017) in the leadership of Prof Anil D. Sahashtrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE, and another delegation to USA (Aug, 2018) along with AICTE Advisors Dr Dileep Malkhede and Dr Rajive Kumar (Both delegations mounted by GR foundation). The key International Conferences organized by him includes ICICT 2018 at Brunel University, London in Collaboration with GR foundation, ICE-TEAS 2018 at JECRC, Jaipur in association with Springer. He has chaired the SMARTCOM 2019 at Bangkok, World Conference WS4 2017 at London, UK, International Conference INDIA 2017 at Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam, ICICT 2016 at Bangkok, Thailand. Dr Rathore has Led the delegation (2016) to University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, the delegation (2018) to Nanyang Technological University, Singapore for discussions on academic and research collaborations Dr. Rathore has also led the team who has struggled to revise the AICTE Norms for Engineering Faculty Eligibility Criteria, where in, he was the core member of the team who made various representations to AICTE and MHRD for re permitting MSc/MCA with MTech/PhD qualification holder to be eligible to be become Faculty in Engineering and ultimately AICTE agreed to allow and the Notification regarding the same was published in the Gazette of India in July, 2016. For his significant contribution towards quality technical education he has been given “Award of Appreciation 2019” at Bangkok, “Certificate of Appreciation” at New York in 2018, “The Award of Appreciation 2017” at WS4, London, UK. He has also received “The Significant Contribution Award 2016” and “Active Participation Youth Award 2016” under CSI Service Awards at Coimbatore, and also received “Award of Prominent Academician in ICT Excellence 2016” by ACM at Bangkok, Thailand. Earlier Prof Rathore has been awarded “Shiksha Bhushan Award 2009” by the then Governor of Gujarat Sh. Nawal Kishore Sharma for the initiation of HELP (Holistic Education Learning Process) in which a four pillar model was prepared (Academic Skills, Soft Skills, Industry & Social Exposure, and Problem Solving Attitude) for providing industry specific placement oriented education to the technical students. He is an active academician and always welcoming and forming innovative ideas in the various dimensions of education and research for the better development of the society.

Prof. Manoranjan Parida, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has taken over charge of Director, CSIR-Central Road Research Institute on 20th September, 2022. Prof. Manoranjan Parida was Deputy Director at IIT Roorkee before joining CSIR-CRRI. He has been MoRTH Chair Professor on Development of Highway System in India at IIT Roorkee during 2013-2017. He has worked on an Imprint Research Project “Propagation and Mitigation Model of Mixed Traffic Noise for Planning Mid Sized Indian Cities”. Design and Development of Noise Barrier for Flyovers in Delhi is an innovative contribution by him. He has provided substantial inputs for third party quality audit of 1700 km. of State Highway in the State of Bihar (during 2007-2013) under the RSVY Project. He has provided consultancy for more than 350 urban road infrastructure projects, intercity corridors, rural roads, and expressways. He received Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Birth Centenary Award in the year 2004 from Indian Road Congress. He has received the Outstanding Teacher Award of IIT Roorkee. He is presently Convener of Urban Roads & Streets Committee(H-8) of Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi.

Giorgio Giacinto is Full Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Cagliari, Italy. Since 1995 he joined the Pattern Recognition and Applications Lab at the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cagliari, Italy, and from Nov. 2000 he has been appointed a permanent faculty position, as an Assistant Professor from 2000 to 2004, and Associate Professor from 2005 to 2017. He got the PhD in information engineering in 1999 from the University of Salerno, Italy. Prof. Giacinto is the coordinator of the MSc course in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, and teaches courses on Databases, Operating Systems, and Computer Security in the BSc course in Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, and in the MSc courses in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligenc, Electronic Engineering and Internet Engineering at the University of Cagliari, Italy. He acts as the coordinator for international student mobility for the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and for the Faculty of Engineering an Architecture. He is a member of the PhD program in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Cagliari since 2001. Prof. Giacinto is a senior member of the IEEE and the ACM since 2010, and received the Fellow Award from IAPR in 2021. His main area of expertise is in machine learning approaches to malware analysis and detection. He is the scientific coordinator of the Spoke 3 within the SERICS project. He is also coordinator or principal investigator of research and internationalization projects. Prof. Giacinto is author of more than 180 papers on international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. His research activities are funded by regional, national and international projects.
